Tiffany Derry is the founder of Roots Southern Table and a two-time 2022 James Beard Award finalist — Best Chef: Texas and Best New Restaurant. A Beaumont native and veteran of Top Chef, MasterChef, and more, she’s one of the most recognized voices in Southern cooking and a longtime advocate for food equity and social justice.
