In partnership with UTSA and the Consulado General de México en San Antonio, join us for this one-night-only event with Mezcal expert Pedro Jiménez Gurría, featuring artwork on display by UTSA Libraries. Includes tequila and mezcal sampling, specialty cocktails. Reception style bites prepared by Chef Jaime Gonzalez – Brisket Enchiladas Potosinas, Mushroom Ceviche Tostadas, Smoked Amberjack Crudo, Esquites de Elote, Mini Sopes Con Carne, Windy Hill Cabrito & Maiz, Churro Pinwheels, Choco Flan Parfait UTSA Special Collections will bring a selection of books for viewing from the “Mexican Spirits Collection.”
