A vibrant plate of garden greens with marinated tomatoes is elevated with smoked salmon butter toast, bridging into the heart of the meal: perfectly seared steak medallions with caramelized onion marmalade and herb-crusted roasted salmon over mashed cauliflower. Sides of summer succotash and a crisp, golden potato galette round out the savory offerings.
