Sunday Oyster Shuck with Southerleigh & Cape Bottle Room

Elevate your Sunday at Pearl with a classic pairing of brine and bubbles. For two Sundays this March, our friends from Southerleigh are heading over to the Cape Bottle Room to shuck fresh oysters right on the patio.

Our expert bartenders will be on hand to pour the perfect, crisp wine pairings to complement every shell. These move fast, so come early!
