On Sunday, August 24th, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, we’re teaming up with Seremoni Seafood, a seafood company known for their commitment to sustainability and pristine ike jime fish, harvested with precision and respect for both flavor and the ocean.
Chefs Diego Galicia of Mixtli and Emil Oliva of Leche de Tigre join Chef Ian Corral of Mezquite to craft a one-night-only ceviche experience. Through their unique lenses and cultural backgrounds, the chefs will showcase the exceptional quality of Seremoni’s seafood in a wide range of all-you-can-eat ceviche samples.
