Join Hotel Emma in Supper’s Swiggle Key private dining room for a special dinner highlighting Bedrock Wine Co. and our guest of honor, Morgan Twain-Peterson, owner and winemaker of the acclaimed Sonoma winery. Morgan will be joined by his father, Joel Peterson, founder of Ravenswood Winery.
Founded in 2007, Bedrock Wine Co. reflects Morgan’s passion for crafting expressive California wines while preserving some of the state’s most historic vineyards. A Master of Wine and Sonoma native, he produces wines that celebrate vineyard diversity and the distinctive character of classic California varietals.
Chef John Brand and the culinary team have prepared a multi-course menu for the occasion, thoughtfully paired with a selection of Bedrock wines ranging from bright rosé and aromatic whites to elegant Cabernet Sauvignon and old-vine Zinfandel.
