Join Hotel Emma in Supper’s Swiggle Key private dining room for a special evening marking the debut of our newest Hotel Emma Single Barrel spirit: the “Isleta” Single Barrel Reposado, crafted in collaboration with our friends at Caballito Cerrero.
We are honored to welcome Javier Jiménez Teran and his father Javier Jiménez Vizcarra, who will guide this intimate dinner as stewards of their family’s distilling legacy in the Amatitán region of Jalisco. For more than fifteen generations, the Jiménez family has remained committed to producing 100% agave spirits with integrity, precision, and respect for tradition.
The Supper culinary team has also prepared a multi-course menu inspired by regional Mexican cuisines, paired with a curated selection of Caballito Cerrero expressions.
