Join us for the next installment of our Summer Dinner Series as we welcome Chef Fidel Caballero of New York City’s Michelin-starred Corima. Known for weaving the flavors and traditions of his native Ciudad Juárez and El Paso with techniques honed in Basque Country, Chef Caballero brings his distinctive culinary perspective to San Antonio for one night only.
Guests will enjoy a welcome cocktail and an assortment of “snacks,” followed by a multi-course dinner paired with Jose Cuervo’s Reserva de la Familia collection and curated cocktails.
