Make your way to Hotel Emma for a night of authentic culinary storytelling as Hotel Emma welcomes Chef Levi Goode of Houston’s Credence restaurant for an exclusive collaborative dinner. A fifth-generation Texan and two-time James Beard Award nominee, Chef Goode has earned great acclaim for his refined live-fire cooking and deeply rooted South Texas point of view.
This special event begins with a cocktail reception and passed appetizers before moving into an indulgent five-course menu, with alternating dishes from the Credence and Hotel Emma culinary teams. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with signature cocktails and limited-edition whiskies from our partners at Maker’s Mark.
