Hotel Emma at Pearl invites guests to an exclusive pairing dinner with Blade and Bow, where thoughtful cuisine meets one of Kentucky’s most storied whiskey traditions.
Set within the historic Cellars at Emma, this multi-course dinner is curated by VP of Culinary Chef John Brand, with each course intentionally designed to complement the structure, aroma, and finish of Blade and Bow bourbon. The menu explores balance and contrast to allow both plate and pour to elevate one another through careful technique and restraint.
Produced in Kentucky and inspired by the legendary Stitzel-Weller Distillery, Blade and Bow represents a contemporary expression of classic bourbon craftsmanship, blending historic barrel stock with modern precision. This dinner brings together culinary artistry, bourbon heritage, and the pleasure of a well-composed evening shared around our table.
A select number of guests will also have the opportunity to begin the evening with a special reception and meet-and-greet with Hotel Emma leadership and the founding Blade and Bow team.
